We are seeking a skilled Conveyancer to lead our conveyancing team. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding legal support and advice to our clients.
Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion.
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
- Conduct property searches and due diligence to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients effectively.
- Prepare and review legal documents related to property transactions.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other professionals involved in the transaction.
- Stay updated on relevant legislation and best practices in conveyancing.
- Ensure timely completion of transactions while maintaining high standards of client service.
- Recruit and train staff to pass on key knowledge and train future conveyancers.
- Network and grow our panel of estate agents, auction houses and other referral sources.
- The role is only available to a qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer.
- Proven experience as a Conveyancer or in a similar role within the legal sector.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of property law and conveyancing processes is essential.
