The client is a Children’s Residential unit that has been established for more than 15 years with an excellent reputation of working with challenging young people and EBD. They are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Registered Manager for their Ofsted registered Children’s Home.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the daily operations of the home, ensuring that it complies with all regulatory requirements, provides a safe and nurturing environment for the children in our care, and meets the expectations and standards as set out in its Statement of Purpose. This role is vital in promoting the well-being and development of vulnerable children and young people.
