The Role

We are a start-up of ~15 employees and contractors. Every day brings new challenges and the opportunity to make a visible difference from day 1. This 4-month internship programme starting in September 2026, working three days each week from our Brighton office at Spaces (five minutes from Brighton Station) provides a gateway into a new career and a way to find your passion. As this is a graduate pathway, if you excel we will offer you a permanent contract to start when you graduate, or for immediate start if you have already graduated.

This internship will give you direct exposure to data, analytics and AI consulting colleagues, experience working in the tech industry and with marketing analytics and big data technologies, helping us build and market our brand via our website, via sites such as LinkedIn and directly at in-person industry events.

You’ll be responsible for…

  • Take over content creation for all of our company social media accounts, including organising cross-platform campaigns.
  • Writing copy for our website and other marketing channels.
  • Monitor industry social channels for trending news, ideas and memes, then capitalise on those trends through our social media accounts.
  • Being the first point of contact for leads gathered by our lead-generation activities.
  • Helping us organize and be present at in-person industry events in Brighton and London.
  • Using AI, data and analytics to create relevant, engaging and innovative B2B marketing campaigns.

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves

  • You’re a penultimate year university student (e.g. 2nd/3rd year) OR recent graduate (within 1 year).
  • Familiarity with social media strategies and platforms.
  • Ability to multi-task and take initiative.
  • Team player, collaborative, friendly.
  • Hardworking and dedicated outlook.
  • Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly.
  • Be based in Brighton or within commutable distance.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Interested in data, analytics, AI and digital/online businesses.
  • Experience with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Experience with content creation a plus, even if not professionally.

The Details:

  • Pay: £14.50/hour (£1508/month) for 3 full-time days/week.
  • Contract Type: 4 month (16 week) fixed-term contract, starting on September 7, 2026, and concluding on December 28, 2026.
  • Employment Type: Employee, with 5.5 days holiday entitlement over the fixed-term contract.
  • Experience: At university, or recently graduated.
  • Industry/Type of business: Data Analytics Consultancy.
  • Tech: We provide you with an Apple Macbook Pro.
  • Interview process: 3 stages (screening call, paid 5 hour assignment, final interview).
