MEP Revit Coordinator Job Description The MEP Revit Coordinator will be responsible for producing working Revit models and installation drawings across all stages of mechanical, electrical, and public health design — from concept through to installation and project delivery, including COBie data where required. The ideal candidate will have a problem-solving mindset and the proven ability to work efficiently under pressurewhile meeting tight deadlines. Key Requirements * Proficient in Revit, Navisworks Manage, and Fabrication MEP * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office * Experience with online document management systems (training provided if required) * Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Stage 5 Services Coordination role Responsibilities * Communicate effectively with project teams and management * Review project files to ensure compliance with company standards and protocols * Produce accurate and practical 3D models using Fabrication in Revit * Create fully coordinated working drawings from design intent information * Generate drawing sections, details, and schematics to support installation * Conduct site surveys and produce as-built drawings from marked-up installations * Coordinate combined service drawings to ensure spatial constraints are met * Ensure all drawings meet building regulations and quality control standards * Manage drawing production in line with project programme deadlines * Model and coordinate MEP services (ductwork, pipework, drainage, etc.) * Maintain and update the drawing directory as required Company Benefits Private Healthcare Paid Work-Related Travel Pension Scheme
