We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse team in Marden. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth handling, storage, and distribution of goods, while maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities- Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
- Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently
- Receiving and checking incoming goods against delivery notes
- Stock rotation and organisation of warehouse inventory
- Maintaining accurate records of stock movements
- Operating manual handling equipment (training provided if required)
- Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and safe at all times
- Following health & safety procedures and company policies
- Supporting other warehouse duties as required by supervisors
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not essential
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
