The Opportunity

You’ll be joining a high-activity sales environment focused on helping businesses secure funding solutions across asset finance, loans, and insurance. You’ll have access to a strong pipeline of warm data, existing clients, and marketing leads, giving you everything you need to succeed from day one. This is a role for someone who thrives on outbound sales, enjoys building client relationships, and wants to maximise their earning potential.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Proactively generating new business through outbound calls and lead follow-ups
  • Identifying client needs and presenting tailored finance solutions
  • Managing relationships and building long-term client partnerships
  • Working closely with internal teams to deliver funding and cross-sell opportunities
  • Consistently working towards and exceeding revenue targets

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven sales experience (ideally within B2B or financial services)
  • Strong track record of hitting or exceeding targets
  • Confident communicator with high energy and resilience
  • Ambitious, money-motivated, and career-driven mindset

Desirable:

  • Experience in asset finance, commercial finance, or brokerage
  • Background in B2B finance sales

Industry experience is advantageous, but not essential for candidates with a strong B2B sales background and the right attitude.
