We are working with a well-established and growing electrical contractor based in Bracknell who are seeking an experienced Electrical Operations Manager to oversee the successful delivery of live projects across the South East.
This is a senior leadership role suited to a commercially aware and technically strong electrical professional who can drive operational performance, manage teams effectively, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
The Role
- Oversee multiple live electrical projects from mobilisation through to handover
- Lead and support Project Managers, Site Managers, and Supervisors
- Ensure all projects meet programme, budget, and quality expectations
- Maintain strict compliance with H&S and current electrical regulations
- Manage labour allocation, subcontractors, and supply chain performance
- Monitor financial performance including cost control, variations, and forecasting
- Attend client meetings and maintain strong working relationships
- Identify and manage operational risk
- Report directly to senior leadership on performance and delivery
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in an Electrical Operations Manager or Senior Project Manager position
- Strong background delivering commercial and industrial electrical projects
- Excellent working knowledge of current electrical regulations and H&S legislation
- Demonstrable leadership and team management ability
- Strong commercial awareness and financial control experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- SMSTS / ECS / relevant electrical qualifications preferred
