We're looking for a Marketing Manager to join the team. We currently operate 7 restaurants, with 4 new openings planned over the next 12 months, including 2 entirely new concepts.

  • Marketing Manager Requirements
  • Marketing planning & execution - the \"doer\" delivering activity across all restaurants, campaigns/launches/shoots, marketing calendars, on time and on brand
  • Social media & content coordination - overseeing Content Managers, briefing on priorities, audience growth, spotting trends per brand
  • CRM, digital & guest communication - CRM campaigns/newsletters, Digital teams on web/paid/UX, journey improvements, consistent messaging, In Design for minor menu changes
  • Reporting & commercial awareness - campaign performance and site KPIs, monthly reporting, engagement/bookings/channels, efficiency opportunities
  • Storytelling & copywriting - deciding the stories and channels, owning all copy, daily social audit

  • Obsessed with restaurants, new openings and everything else to do with restaurant marketing
  • Plugged into dining-out culture - aware of all the current trends, what's cool and what's not, what's gone viral and why, and why some places succeed where others don't
  • Immersed in the creator world - aware of all the relevant Instagram, Tik Tok and You Tube influencers across food, hospitality and culture
  • Exceptionally organised, detail obsessed and highly proactive
  • Someone who naturally creates structure, sets priorities and keeps momentum across multiple moving projects
  • Able to act as the quarterback across departments - aligning sites, chefs/founders, operations, finance, agencies and external partners
  • Has the gravitas and communication skills to confidently manage workflows both up and down the business
  • Strong at follow-up, accountability and over-communication - ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
  • Calm under pressure and comfortable juggling multiple workstreams simultaneously, with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Thrives in highly active, fast-paced environments
  • Takes genuine pride in precision, organisation and execution
