We're looking for a Creative Assistant to join our growing Brand and Creative team.
We currently operate 7 restaurants, with 4-6 new openings planned over the next 12 months, including 2 new concepts.
This is a hands-on role supporting the Head of Brand and Creative in bringing campaigns, brand assets, and guest-facing creative to life across the group.
Key Responsibilities for a Creative Assistant
- Take design briefs and turn them into finished assets.
- Produce artwork for campaigns, menus, signage, social content, print collateral, and other guest touchpoints
- Help maintain brand books, templates, and asset libraries so they stay current and easy for others to use.
- Support the rollout of brand guidelines across departments and external partners
- Help shape the creative direction of menus, uniforms, playlists, styling, and other touch points
- Collaborate on new openings and refurbishments to help embed the brand experience.
As Creative Assistant you'll ideally bring
- Proven design experience, ideally within hospitality, brand, or creative agency environments
- A strong eye for detail, consistency, and on-brand execution across formats
- Confidence taking a brief and running with it independently once direction is set
- A collaborative approach, with the ability to build relationships across teams, agencies, and freelancers
- A genuine passion for brand storytelling, guest experience, and design craft
