We\'re looking for a Payroll and People Manager to join the team.
We currently operate 7 restaurants, with 4-6 new openings planned over the next 12 months, including 2 new concepts.
This role is essential to the smooth running of our People function, making sure our teams are paid correctly and on time, every time.
- Payroll and People Manager Requirements
- Payroll: owning end-to-end payroll processing across fortnightly and monthly pay runs, including Tronc, statutory payments and HMRC compliance
- Rotas and reporting: working with Operations on weekly rotas, providing payroll cost analysis and reporting to the Financial Controller
- HR administration and compliance: maintaining accurate employee records, issuing contracts and offer letters, and supporting right to work compliance
- Audit and compliance: reconciling payroll and PAYE balance sheet accounts monthly, and keeping on top of changes to payroll and tax law
- People team support: acting as a key user of our HR system and a go to point of contact for payroll and HR queries
