We're a growing group of restaurant brands across London, each with its own identity.

With several new openings planned for 2027, we need a senior leader to bring all our marketing together and make sure every brand is seen, loved and booked.

We'd love to hear from senior Heads of Marketing ready to step up, or first-time Marketing Directors.

This role runs marketing for the whole group, across every brand and site.

You'll deliver all our marketing activity, lead the team, run collaborative projects with other departments and sites, and partner with the founders on strategy.

We're looking for an experienced marketing leader from a multi-site restaurant or hospitality group, or a premium consumer or lifestyle brand.

You'll have led a team, owned a budget and delivered against commercial targets.

This is a senior leadership role with real ownership of delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shape the group marketing strategy with the leadership team and lead its delivery across every brand and site.
  • Lead, mentor and develop the marketing team, setting objectives, leading performance reviews, chairing the weekly marketing meeting, and recruiting and onboarding new talent.
  • Own the group marketing budget and deliver agreed commercial targets, defining the team's KPIs, using data to optimise spend and reporting performance at the monthly board meeting.
  • Own the end-to-end guest booking journey with the Head of Reservations, and lead CRM, segmentation and guest data strategy to drive retention and cross-brand loyalty.
  • Set the digital strategy across all brands and platforms, including paid media, SEO and GEO, bringing in new audiences and turning interest into repeat visits.
  • Protect each brand's identity, tone of voice and guidelines, partnering with our brand and creative team so every campaign looks, sounds and feels right.
  • Own the marketing calendar, campaign plans, internal communications and our Notion workspace.
  • Lead marketing for every new opening and cross-departmental project, including menu launches, events and seasonal campaigns such as Christmas.
  • Lead press, influencer and partnership strategy with the founders and our PR agency, keep chef partners fully engaged, and represent the business externally.

What We're Looking For

You’ll thrive here if you love great restaurants as much as great marketing, and you’re as comfortable setting the direction as you are getting the detail right. You’ll bring:

  • Senior marketing leadership experience, ideally in a hospitality group or a premium consumer brand.
  • A track record of leading, developing and growing a high-performing marketing team.
  • Commercial and analytical confidence, with experience owning a budget, delivering against targets and using data to report clearly to a board.
  • Strong digital knowledge across paid media, SEO, CRM and guest data.
  • A sharp eye for brand, and the judgement to look after several distinct identities at once.
  • Excellent organisation, with the ability to run a busy calendar and several projects at once.
  • The confidence to partner with founders, chefs, agencies and every department across the business.
  • Warmth, generosity and high standards that reflect our values.

What We Offer

  • 50% team discount across all MJMK restaurants.
  • Up to £500 team referral bonus.
  • Opportunity to grow within one of London's most ambitious hospitality groups.
  • Enhanced maternity and paternity pay after one year with us.
  • Paid company sick pay after one year, up to 5 days.
  • Extra day's holiday every year you're with us, up to 5 extra days.
  • Mental health and well-being assistance via Hospitality Action, offering free advice and counselling.
  • Enhanced pension contributions after 5 years with us.
  • About MJMK Restaurants

MJMK Restaurants owns and operates a collection of award-winning restaurants.

Founded in 2018 by lifelong friends Jake Kasumov and Marco Mendes, our journey began with Casa do Frango.

In 2020, we partnered with chef patron Santiago Lastra to open KOL, a restaurant in Marylebone celebrating Mexican cuisine with British ingredients.

KOL has since earned a Michelin star and been named one of the World's 50 Best Restaurants.

2024 saw two new ventures: Fonda, a contemporary Mexican concept in Mayfair, our second collaboration with Santiago Lastra, and Anglo Thai in Marylebone, a debut restaurant from husband-and-wife John and Desiree Chantarasak, blending Thai flavours with British ingredients.

Within three months of opening, Anglo Thai earned a Michelin star.

In the 2025 National Restaurant Awards, Anglo Thai was named The Square Opening of the Year and ranked 7th in the Top 100 list, followed by KOL at number 50.

Luso, a contemporary Portuguese restaurant in Fitzrovia, opened in September 2025, and we have just opened Lenny's with our chef patron Max Lewis.

We're building ambitious restaurant brands with a focus on quality, creativity and guest experience, and we're just getting started.
