We are looking for a Brand and Creative Manager to bring our campaigns, menus and brand assets to life across every guest touchpoint.
Storytelling is at the heart of everything we do at MJMK. This role leads on the art, design and words behind those stories, turning them into work our guests remember.
This role is made for a hands-on designer and writer who loves the craft and wants to do it at pace, in a group where creative work is genuinely valued.
You will work under the direction of our Head of Brand & Creative, turning briefs into beautiful, on-brand work.
You might be a mid-level designer with strong copy skills, or a creative all-rounder from an agency or another hospitality group, ready to own execution across a portfolio you can be proud of.
This is a delivery-focused role.
You will be the person who makes it happen, producing the artwork, writing the words, keeping every brand consistent and every file exactly where it should be.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce artwork and copy for menus, campaigns, signage and print collateral, working within the creative direction set by the Head of Brand & Creative.
- Maintain absolute consistency with each brand's identity, tone of voice and visual standards.
- Write copy for social media posts, ready for our Marketing Manager to schedule and publish.
- Write copy for newsletters, the websites and campaign communications, always aligned to brand tone and signed off by the Head of Brand & Creative.
- Attend shoots and support with art direction, as instructed by the Head of Brand & Creative, prioritising where you are needed most.
- Maintain our brand books, templates and asset libraries so everything stays current and easy for the wider business to use.
- Support the rollout of brand guidelines across departments, suppliers and partners.
- Keep creative projects impeccably organised, from photography file structure to version control and naming conventions.
- Proofread and quality-check your own work before sign-off, act on feedback quickly and carry the learnings into the next brief.
- What We’re Looking For
This role is for someone who genuinely loves making the work, not just managing it, and who takes real pride in getting the creative details right. You will bring:
- A genuine obsession with restaurants and hospitality, you live and breathe it and it's infectious.
- A natural storyteller's instinct, able to find the story and tell it in both pictures and words.
- Strong design skills, great taste and an eye for whats cool - confident command of Adobe In Design, Illustrator and Photoshop, and a portfolio that shows range across print and digital.
- Sharp copywriting ability, able to flex tone across very different brands and land it in a few words.
- Experience working to someone else's creative direction and elevating it, not fighting it.
- A brilliant eye for consistency, spotting the wrong typeface, the off-brand tone or the missing detail before anyone else does.
- Energy, drive and positivity, a warm presence naturally aligned with our culture.
- Impeccable organisation and a hands-on, solutions-focused mindset that thrives at pace across several brands at once.
What We Offer
- 50% team discount across all MJMK restaurants.
- Up to £500 team referral bonus.
- Opportunity to grow within one of London's most ambitious hospitality groups.
- Enhanced maternity and paternity pay after one year with us.
- Paid company sick pay after one year, up to 5 days.
- Extra day's holiday every year you're with us, up to 5 extra days.
- Mental health and well-being assistance via Hospitality Action, offering free advice and counselling.
- Enhanced pension contributions after 5 years with us.
- Anniversary reward scheme for every year you're with us.
