- Proven experience as Head Waiter or in a senior front-of-house role within a high-quality restaurant
- Skilled in storytelling and confidently introducing guests to the menu, enhancing their dining experience
- A natural leader who leads by example and sets the standard for best-in-class hospitality
- Strong communicator with the ability to handle guest enquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively
- A proactive team player who supports waiters during service and helps resolve issues quickly
