Job Description We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Head Sommelier to lead and inspire our team, run a seamless service and create magical moments for our guests. We want our service to be approachable, fun and consistent whilst always ensuring high standards are met. A love for hospitality and strong attention to detail is a must with a desire to grow and develop within MJMK Restaurants. Your responsibilities as Head Sommelier will include: Maintaining and developing the wine programme for AngloThai Working in service for lunch, dinner and private events. Inspiring, training and empowering the FOH team to pair and recommend wine confidently.
