MJMK Restaurants is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the floor management team at Casa London Bridge.

This hands-on, floor-facing leadership role supports the Restaurant Manager in running a smooth, well-organised service and stepping in to lead shifts.

With three acclaimed venues and a track record of Michelin recognition, you will manage daily operations, coach team members, handle guest requests and uphold licensing and health and safety standards during service.
