The kitchen team is headed up by Chef Patron Santiago Lastra and was awarded a Michelin star in 2022, followed by being named as one of the 'World's 50 Best Restaurants' for 3 years in a row. As KOL continues its success, we’re looking for an Assistant General Manager to join the team and support the General Manager with the day to day of the restaurant and helping to develop the rest of the team.
