About Casa:
Our journey began in 2018 with the launch of Casa do Frango in London Bridge – a Portuguese grill concept inspired by Marco’s heritage and memories of his upbringing in Southern Portugal. With a focus on fresh, wood-charcoal grilled dishes in a warm, relaxed atmosphere, Casa quickly became a local favourite. Following its success, we expanded to Mayfair in 2022 and Victoria in 2023. We’re now looking for an Assistant General Manager to join the team at Casa Victoria, someone who shares our passion for hospitality and guest experience. The site welcomes around 1,500 guests per week and features a 155-cover dining space spread over two floors, including a mezzanine bar with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the street and restaurant below. There’s also a spacious terrace ideal for the warmer months. After being named Disruptor Brand of the Year at the 2023 Peach 20/20 Hero & Icon Awards and winning Emerging Concept at the MCA Hospitality Awards, it’s an exciting time to join us as we continue to grow in 2025.
About MJMK Restaurants:
MJMK operates a collection of award-winning restaurants. Founded in 2018 by lifelong friends Jake Kasumov and Marco Mendes, we began with Casa do Frango and quickly expanded our portfolio. In 2020, we partnered with chef patron Santiago Lastra to open KOL in Marylebone – a fine dining Mexican restaurant celebrating British ingredients. KOL earned a Michelin Star and ranks No. 17 on the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list. In 2022, we launched Lisboeta. In 2024, we opened Fonda in Mayfair – our second collaboration with Santiago – and AngloThai in Marylebone, the debut from John and Desiree Chantarasak. Within three months, AngloThai earned a Michelin star.
