We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Assistant General Manager to help lead and inspire our team, run seamless and energetic services, and create memorable moments for our guests. We want our leadership to be hands-on, approachable, and full of personality while always maintaining high standards across every shift. You’ll play a key role in shaping our guest experience, coaching the team, and making sure every service feels warm, smooth, and full of positive energy.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior restaurant role, ideally as an Assistant General Manager in a premium or high-volume venue
- Skilled in leading, training, and developing front-of-house teams
- Confident in running busy dining operations, including multi-floor service
- Strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences, and handling complaints or special requests professionally
- Comfortable managing high guest volumes while remaining calm, organised, and detail-focused
- Knowledge of premium service standards, with the ability to coach teams on upselling and menu recommendations
- Experience working towards KPIs such as guest satisfaction and sales per head
- Solid understanding of health & safety, food hygiene, and licensing regulations
- Leads by example with a positive, proactive, and guest-centric approach
