(2 Michelin stars, World's 50 Best Restaurants) Up to 35,000 (dependent on experience) Location: Full time, fixed term contract, September to December only, office based, W1, London MJMK is growing, and Christmas is the biggest, busiest and most exciting season of our year across the group. We are looking for a warm, brilliantly organised Senior Sales Executive to join us on a fixed term contract from September to December, and help us make the most of it. This is a seasonal contract only, with no permanent role attached to it. This role exists so that every Christmas enquiry is answered quickly, warmly and properly. You will own your pipeline end to end, from the first enquiry through to the handover with the venue teams and the follow up after the event, so that every group who books with us arrives to a party that has been thought through in detail. The role is made for someone who has already handled high enquiry volumes and enjoys the pace of a busy season. You will report to the Head of Sales and work alongside the wider sales team, and you are likely to have come from a Sales Manager, Senior Sales Executive or Sales Executive role in restaurants, events or hotels. This is a fast paced, delivery focused role, running for four months from September to December. Key Responsibilities Own your pipeline of enquiries from first contact through to event handover. Respond to enquiries, events and large party requests promptly and professionally. Plan every confirmed booking in full, including detailed function sheets. Hand each event over to the venue teams with everything they need to deliver it well. Follow up with guests after their event and turn one off bookings into repeat business. Work towards agreed sales targets across the Christmas period. Use TripleSeat for all enquiry management and event planning. Support the wider sales team through the busiest weeks of the season. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is quick on their feet and loves the buzz of a busy Christmas season. You will bring: Experience as a Sales Manager, Senior Sales Executive or Sales Executive. A track record of managing high enquiry volumes without losing the personal touch. Confidence with reservations and events systems such as SevenRooms and TripleSeat. Genuine passion for guests and for delivering a standout experience every single visit.
