As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a QHSE Manager, with strong quality, systems and health and safety management experience, to support and enhance our health and safety culture and our integrated management systems ensuring consistent standards across our operations.

We are looking for a practical and detail-oriented QHSE professional, with a strong background in quality management systems and health and safety management. You will bring:

  • Management experience in a QHSE role within manufacturing, engineering, construction or similar environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 and familiarity with ISO 14001.
  • Experience supporting internal and external audits and maintaining compliance systems.
  • A structured and methodical approach to process improvement and documentation.
  • Confidence working with operational teams to implement standards in a practical way.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to engage across different levels of the business.
  • Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) are expected.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quality & Systems Management
    • Manage the maintenance and continuous improvement of the company’s integrated management system, with a focus on quality and health and safety.
    • Oversee ISO audits ensuring compliance with standards and plan internal audits to support external certifications.
    • Review and improve procedures, processes, and documentation.
    • Work closely with office, project and site teams to ensure QHSE standards are understood and applied.
    • Provide practical guidance to support consistent quality delivery across projects.
    • Oversee the company’s CAPA process effectively utilising the Non-Conformance/ Opportunities for Improvement platform.
    • Support initiatives to enhance quality performance and operational efficiency.
  • Health and Safety
    • Work closely with the relevant teams to ensure requisite Health and Safety practices are embedded in all Company operations and promoted Company wide.
    • Develop and deliver a forward-looking SHEQ strategy aligned with business objectives and global project delivery.
    • Act as a key advisor to senior leadership on SHEQ risks, performance, and opportunities.
    • Support the implementation and ongoing improvement of environmental management practices across the business. This includes ensuring compliance with environmental standards and legislation, promoting sustainable working practices, and assisting project teams in minimising environmental impact throughout project delivery.
  • People & Capability
    • Lead, mentor, and develop the QHSE team to build capability and engagement.
    • Deliver training and awareness programmes to strengthen QHSE knowledge across the business.
    • Influence stakeholders at all levels to drive accountability and ownership.
    • Lead and support employee health and wellbeing initiatives to ensure appropriate resources and support systems are in place.
