We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our Digital Transformation team and play a key role in managing, improving, and planning for the future of our business systems in line with our ERP strategy. You will manage stakeholder relationships across the business, ensuring that all processes and data requirements are delivered in line with strong corporate governance. Working independently, you will develop a deep understanding of specific work areas and become a trusted point of contact for the systems you support.
Longer-term, you will understand and improve MJM Business Systems from both a hands-on operational perspective and a technical stance, supporting users, managing reporting needs, and leading training where required. You will work alongside Business Unit Directors to help them achieve their departmental and overall business goals.
