Join Our Team as a Service Manager! Are you a motivated and experienced Service Manager seeking an exciting opportunity in a fast-paced airport environment? We are looking for a Service Manager to oversee and manage service works, small works contracts, and planned and corrective maintenance for Passenger Boarding Bridges and related equipment at Heathrow Airport and other client sites. This role offers excellent training and development prospects!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance (PCM, PM, and CM) works.
- Coordinate the planning of works, materials, and resources as part of the planning team.
- Provide clients with regular updates on progress and present monthly reports on contracted KPIs.
- Identify and implement improvements to operational procedures.
- Investigate problems and collaborate with engineering teams in the UK and Spain.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and installation/project engineers.
- Supervise engineering and technical staff.
- Gather and analyze performance and safety data.
- Write and maintain reports and documentation.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Engineering experience is an advantage.
- Managerial qualifications are a plus.
- Proven experience managing a service department or similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge is beneficial.
- Knowledge of the airport sector is an advantage.
- Full UK Driving License is required.
