What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead engineering project planning, managing stakeholder expectations, and owning the engineering project plan from start to finish.
  • Provide technical leadership for both internal and external teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Manage project budgets, assess risks and opportunities, and handle scope changes and modifications.
  • Take responsibility for technical solutions, ensuring the delivery of high-quality systems and acting as a technical partner to customers and external collaborators.
  • Carry out health and safety analysis and ensure its integration within project designs.
  • Promote continuous improvement by contributing to project management best practices and engineering process development.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls Engineering.
  • Proven experience managing complex engineering projects, including leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • Solid knowledge of project management within engineering, ideally in material handling systems (Electrical/Mechanical/LLC/HLC/Safety).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong collaboration and leadership abilities.
  • A proactive, big-picture thinker with a drive to innovate and deliver results.
