An immediate requirement. Seeking a bright, independently capable and hard-working Quantity Surveyor (PQS) to join a niche and expanding cost team (of four surveyors) within an independent PM business of c30 Project Managers in Central London. Our client has a resolute reputation within the London consultancy market.
Major projects include:
- £180m commercial office (City of London)
- £45m PBSA in Southwest London
- £60m PBSA in Battersea
- £160m post contract in City of London
- Smaller fit outs c£1-5m
- Feasibility studies
Project Surveyors must be able to run a project from inception to completion, including being active with measurement tasks. Applicants wishing to apply must have completed a BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying (RICS accredited) degree with a minimum of 2 years' PQS experience, specific to the UK. Unfortunately, our client cannot support those requiring any form of VISA support.
It's expected that applicants will be currently employed by a UK based PQS and ideally, be working towards their Chartership, albeit newly qualified surveyors are encouraged to apply.
Generous salary to £70k basic (for those MRICS), private medical care, 5% employer contribution, life insurance at 4x salary, RICS fees paid + discretionary bonus. This really is a unique opportunity for a budding quantity surveyor, keen to flourish in a proven business and ambitious cost team.
