*** Recruiting again!! – with 4 months of last hire *** Our boutique project management consultancy client, based in Berkshire, is back in the market again due further demands on their workload. Already with a strong order book for the next 18 months and having successfully expanded year on year since their inception, they’re seeking to hire another Project Manager to their dynamic team. Their typical projects include a variety of new commercial offices, hotels and numerous projects for out-of-town retail parks, including new build projects. You will be working with leading developers, pension funds and London universities. Supported by an Associate Director, you will become an integral part of their close-knit team making significant contributions to the business, both commercially and culturally. Your primary role will be to manage projects as independently as your experience allows. Typically, ‘cut & carve’, strip outs & remodelling projects but also supporting other Senior colleagues on larger new build schemes, cultivating appropriate skills and experience as part of any on-going CPD. Projects are located across the UK, with majority in Southeast and Midlands so candidate must be able to drive, own their own vehicle and be within an 1hrs commute of the Newbury area.
