Or perhaps started a family recently, seeking more flexibility or just tired of trudging the corporate career ladder?If so, we\’re keen to tell you about this unique and long-term opportunity for an established Senior Quantity Surveyor (preferably MRICS) who\’s looking to become an integral part of an expanding, niche cost business in the West Sussex area. Our client is ultimately seeking someone to act in a right-hand capacity to its founder and other technical staff.The practice has over 5 years of successful trading to date with steady year on year growth but it\’s now firmly into a secondary growth phase. They are, and continue to be busy, their interests are well served by the private residential market around the London & South-East area. Typically, new build schemes, up to £6m but also managing heavy refurbishments too.
