Our client is ultimately seeking someone to act in a right-hand capacity to its founder and other technical staff.The practice has over 5 years of successful trading to date with steady year on year growth but it\’s now firmly into a secondary growth phase. They are, and continue to be busy, their interests are well served by the private residential market around the London & South-East area. Typically, new build schemes, up to £6m but also managing heavy refurbishments too.
