If so, we’re keen to tell you about this unique and long-term opportunity for an established Senior Quantity Surveyor (preferably MRICS) who’s looking to become an integral part of an expanding, niche cost business in the West Sussex area. Our client is ultimately seeking someone to act in a right-hand capacity to its founder and other technical staff.

The practice has over 5 years of successful trading to date with steady year on year growth but it’s now firmly into a secondary growth phase. They are, and continue to be busy, their interests are well served by the private residential market around the London & South-East area. Typically, new build schemes, up to £6m but also managing heavy refurbishments too. Day to day, you’ll be working closely with international developers and investors + high net worth individuals on creating bespokely designed, stellar properties.

The role is fundamentally a ‘hands on’ opportunity, managing projects from start to finish, albeit as the company grows, there will individual ownership opportunities and not least your personal & professional impact will directly help to shape the future of this business.

Required for the role (and to apply):

  • Full UK working eligibility (our client cannot support those requiring VISAs)
  • Private UK residential experience (JCT)
  • Full project lifecycle experience – RIBA stages 0-7
  • MRICS (highly desirable) and / or BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying (Required)
  • Full UK driving licence and car ownership

Salary offered: up to £80k basic + Private healthcare (extendable to family) + Pension + 25 days holidays + relaxed flexible working.
