Formed by significantly experienced PQS personnel, they’re immediately seeking to employ another nearly qualified Quantity Surveyor (latter APC stages) and/or potentially a qualified, or even up to a newly promoted SPS level.
Please note, at Assistant Quantity Surveyor level, candidates will need to have a strict minimum of 18 months UK based PQS experience in order to apply.
The successful candidate will immediately become involved in managing a £2m residential refurbishment scheme and a £600m new build office building project. These projects sit alongside winning three prestigious office refurbishments in the West End (circa £70m, £50m & £30m respectively) plus a large residential extension in greater London (£10m).
