Best 2025 PQS opportunity with new SME Cost Consultancy practice. London’s newest and most exciting start-up Cost Consultancy is taking no time to build its expert cost advisory team. Formed by significantly experienced PQS personnel, they’re immediately seeking to employ another nearly qualified Quantity Surveyor (latter APC stages) and/or potentially a qualified, or even up to a newly promoted SPS level.
Please note, at Assistant Quantity Surveyor level, candidates will need to have a strict minimum of 18 months UK based PQS experience in order to apply.
The successful candidate will immediately become involved in managing a £2m residential refurbishment scheme and a £600m new build office building project. These projects sit alongside winning three prestigious office refurbishments in the West End (circa £70m, £50m & £30m respectively) plus a large residential extension in greater London (£10m).
If you’re looking to invest your time & career with an exciting and highly progressive environment, you can comfortably back this business to meet your career goals! They’re rapidly building a close-knit & highly rewarding culture, and it’s somewhere where you stand to become a very influential part of the team.
An overly used term but no truer statement said here, they’re a very dynamic proposition and only wanting to hire those truly passionate about driving construction value, with expert delivery.
Candidates wishing to apply must have full UK working eligibility (our client cannot support those with VISA requirements), candidates must have a BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying, must be RICS accredited or fully qualified (MRICS). Lastly, candidates must already be established in their own PQS career.
Frankly, this is one of the best SME emerging market opportunities you’ll see this year. Package would include a starting salary of up to £45,000 basic (for a post 12 month APC’er) up to £75k basic for an established SQS level candidate.
