Best 2025 PQS opportunity with new SME Cost Consultancy practice. London’s newest and most exciting start-up Cost Consultancy is building its expert cost advisory team. Formed by significantly experienced PQS personnel, they’re seeking to employ another nearly qualified Quantity Surveyor (latter APC stages) and/or potentially a qualified, or up to a newly promoted SPS level. At Assistant Quantity Surveyor level, candidates will need a minimum of 18 months UK-based PQS experience to apply.
Responsibilities
- Manage a £2m residential refurbishment scheme.
- Engage with a £600m new build office building project.
- Support upcoming office refurbishments in the West End (circa £70m, £50m & £30m respectively) and a large residential extension in greater London (£10m).
Qualifications & Requirements
- BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying.
- RICS accredited or fully qualified (MRICS).
- UK working eligibility (the client cannot support visa requirements).
- Established PQS career status; for Assistant Quantity Surveyor level, a minimum of 18 months UK PQS experience.
Remuneration & Benefits
Starting salary up to £45,000 basic (for a post-12 month APC’er) and up to £75,000 basic for an established SQS level candidate. Benefits available as part of the package.
