They have swiftly become a headline grabbing business, now employing an impressive 40 staff, and they have hired well to accumulate a young and dynamic team.

Over the past four years, projects under management have increased significantly with projects now comfortably ranging between £5-100m - typically heavy refurbishments or bespoke new build schemes working alongside top-rated architects. Applicants wishing to apply must have a Quantity Surveying degree (RICS accredited & UK awarded) with a minimum of 2 years UK PQS / cost consultancy experience to date. With support to mentor you, your initial role will include rudimentary tasks such as measurement, tender reviews, reporting, and budget estimating, particularly in aid of any remaining competencies you may have to fulfil – these will develop to higher levels with talent shown.
