We are keen to speak with an eligible Senior Quantity Surveyor ASAP.

- Day to day role is managing a public authority client with c£m of projects including a £m residential & art / cultural building.
- Post contract duties.
- Working with this client 3 days a week with 2 days on general PQS work, pre-contract cost planning etc (higher education / healthcare sectors)
- Working flexibility is 2 days WFH.
- Tangible progression to Associate level.
- Starting salary (subject to experience) – £-k basic + bens
Eligibility criteria:
- Right to work in UK (client cannot support those needing active Sponsorship)
- Candidate must have relevant UK PQS experience
- MRICS is highly desirable but relevant PQS & sectorial experience will be considered.
- JCT D&B experience
- Some larger multi unit residential experience preferred
- Cost X experience (ideal)
