Award winning architect & interior design consultancy providing turnkey client solutions β based in a brand new office too β City location. Seeking to hire a competent Quantity Surveyor to join a growing team β ideally MRICS but min BSc / MSc in Quantity Surveying.
Candidates can be from contractor side but must have detailed knowledge of the high-end, bespoke design residential market in London. Candidates must also be client facing with good soft skills.
This is a sole QS appointment to practice β candidates must be capable of independent working, particularly in the competent review of tender packs and costing / pricing knowledge of relevant materials in the sector.
Alongside these core estimation skills, ideally seeking candidates with a project delivery track record β managing all RIBA stages 0-7. Highly challenging work but exclusive projects with HNW clients. Perm opportunity. WFH flexibility 2/3 days pw. Starting salary up to Β£k (no higher) for the right candidate.
