Our client is the fastest growing specialist fund & monitoring consultancy in the UK! Due to relentless pace of client workloads, they’re seeking to hire an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor or Associate level Quantity Surveyor to join their already acclaimed & expanding London office!
A highly enterprising business, built on staffing & delivery excellence, they operate a flat and accountable structure. All staff are MRICS and any candidates wishing to apply are required to be MRICS with an underlying degree or MSc in Quantity Surveying. No exceptions.
Working with leading real estate developers and a huge panel of lenders, they have an extremely strong project pipeline which continues to generate more opportunities each month. Projects can vary from £k to £m.
Any candidates wishing to apply should have significant professional UK cost consultancy experience to date, ideally within the PQS sector. Potentially contractor-based professionals with significant fund monitoring experience are also encouraged to apply. Our client cannot support those requiring right to work VISA support.
In return, our client can offer the successful candidate a very exciting career path, joining them relatively early in a fun & enjoyable environment amongst a highly supportive team. They operate a fully flexible working environment with an expectation for being in the office for 2 days per week, ideally.
