Our client is one of the most exciting and emerging residential focused SME building consultancies in London & Southeast. They continue to build on their successes year on year and have rightly earned an outstanding reputation within the consultancy arena. With a leafy West London office and a city London office, they can hire to either location.
Now employing circa 35 staff, the firm specialises in the prime & high-end residential sector with luxury projects in Chelsea, Hampstead, Mayfair and private estates in the Home Counties & Cotswolds for high net worth individuals and investors. A significant amount are listed buildings. Projects typically range between £1-30m, either heavy refurbishments or bespoke new-build schemes, working alongside top-rated architects.
This role is a great opportunity for a brand-new PQS-trained quantity surveyor, eager to flourish in a vibrant and ambitious team and advance quickly towards management.
Key Qualifications & Criteria
- Immediate eligibility to work in the UK.
- Minimum of 3 years UK PQS / cost consultancy experience.
- MSc or BSc in Quantity Surveying – UK RICS accredited (applicants with relevant experience considered).
- Preference for Chartered professionals.
- Good IT software skills.
- FULL UK driver’s licence is preferable.
- Highly personable, articulate and presentable to manage clients effectively.
