About the Role
We are a compliance‑driven fire protection company seeking an experienced, reliable Fire Door Fitter/Technician who takes pride in high‑standard, regulation‑compliant work.
Responsibilities
- Install fire doors and complete remedial works, upgrades, and adjustments
- Work to current fire safety regulations and best practice
- Produce accurate digital reports
- Manage your workload and complete tasks to point of completion
- Work independently with professionalism and accountability
Essential Requirements
- Full‑time availability (Mon–Fri, 8am - 5pm)
- Fire door installation/repair experience (2 - 5+ years)
- Carpentry qualification
- Full set of tools for fire door installation and remedial work
- Full UK driving licence
- Right to work in the UK
Preferred
- BM TRADA / FIRAS / FDIS experience
- Composite or metal doorset installation
- Working with door blanks
- DBS, CSCS
