We’re seeking a skilled MEP BIM Manager to join a dynamic and growing building services consultancy based in Essex. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality design coordination on a range of exciting projects, supported by repeat work from longstanding clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the coordination and development of Revit MEP models.
- Produce and manage families to BIM Level 2 standards.
- Work closely with design engineers and BIM teams to ensure accurate, clash-free models.
- Support ongoing improvements in BIM processes and digital delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Revit MEP Coordinator within building services.
- Strong working knowledge of BIM Level 2 standards and workflows.
- Confident in creating and managing complex Revit families.
