Are you ready to take the next step in your sustainability career? Our client is looking for an Intermediate Sustainability Consultant to join their growing team in Central London. You’ll be working alongside an established team of two consultants, supporting a wide range of projects at a time of exciting expansion. What you’ll be doing: * Delivering Part L and Part O compliance assessments * Carrying out overheating assessments in line with TM59 and TM52 * Producing energy strategies and calculations for planning submissions * Using tools such as IES VE and SAP to model and analyse building performance * Advising clients on sustainable design solutions aligned with the London Plan * Supporting the delivery of high-quality sustainability reports and recommendations What we’re looking for: * Proven experience in Part L and Part O compliance * Practical experience with TM59 and TM52 overheating analysis * Proficiency in IES VE and SAP * Strong understanding of energy strategies and calculations * Knowledge of the London Plan and relevant UK building regulations * A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills What’s on offer: * Hybrid working – 2 days per week in our Central London office * Opportunity to work on high-profile projects across London and the UK * Career development support and progression in a growing consultancy
