We're looking for an experienced Product Owner, Product Analyst or Business Analyst to join a technology team delivering innovative products within the insurance industry.
Ideal candidates will have 1 to 2 years experience working in the Insurance sector.
You'll act as the link between clients, business stakeholders and technical teams, helping shape requirements and deliver products through Agile development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering workshops and document outcomes.
- Gather, validate and document business requirements and user stories.
- Manage and prioritise the product backlog.
- Support sprint planning, reviews and Agile ceremonies.
- Develop and maintain business and system processes.
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Communicate client feedback to technical teams.
- Maintain the product roadmap.
Experience Required
- 3+ years' experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis or Software Engineering.
- Strong experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Good understanding of product life cycles and Agile ceremonies.
- Insurance or financial services experience is advantageous.
