MJ Health is currently seeking a Permanent Veterinary Receptionist with ideally 1 year of experience in another veterinary practice for our well-established independent client based in Muswell Hill, North London . Overview : Role Duties Include : Greeting clients, providing client information, booking appointments, taking card and cash payments, and handling general reception and administrative duties. Shift Times : Monday: 7:30 am 1:30 pm Tuesday: 1:30 pm 7:30 pm Wednesday: 7:30 am 1:30 pm Thursday: 1:30 pm 7:30 pm Friday: Alternates between early and late start Weekends : Up to 11 Saturdays per year, 8:30 am 2:30 pm Out of Hours : None Team Size : 6 Vets, 5 RVNs, 3 VCAs, and an administration team Salary Offered : DOE (Dependent on Experience) Software : TELEOS PMS and YEALINK telephone system Other Notes : 4 weeks of holiday per year with additional loyalty days after 2 years.
