An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a high-calibre finance professional to join a dynamic and entrepreneurial Corporate Finance team based in Northampton. This role is ideally suited to a qualified accountant seeking to transition from audit or commercial finance into a strategic advisory environment, with direct exposure to transactions, value creation initiatives, and senior client engagement.
- Prepare high-quality business plans, financial models, information memoranda, and strategic financial forecasts
- Conduct market research and identify prospective acquisition targets, investors, and buyers
- Assist with company valuations, exit planning strategies, and fundraising activities
- Deliver and support financial due diligence engagements
- Analyse financial and commercial performance to support strategic decision-making
Qualifications:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Background within Audit, Transaction Services, or Commercial Finance
- Strong analytical capability with excellent financial and commercial acumen
- Demonstrable interest in Corporate Finance, M&A, or Strategic Advisory
- Full UK driving licence
