Are you a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with an audit or commercial background and a genuine interest in deals, strategy, and value creation? This is an exciting opportunity to step into Corporate Finance with a growing and highly entrepreneurial team based in Northampton. You’ll gain hands‑on exposure to live transactions from day one, working across acquisitions, disposals, MBOs/MBIs, and fundraising. As part of a small, ambitious team, you’ll be involved in the full deal lifecycle — from initial pitch through to completion — with direct Partner‑level mentorship throughout.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing high‑quality business plans, information memoranda, and financial forecasts
- Researching and approaching potential buyers and sellers
- Supporting valuations, exit planning, and fundraising assignments
- Assisting with and delivering financial due diligence
- Building and reviewing financial models and forecasts
- Managing client relationships and supporting deals from start to finish
Background
- Background in audit or commercial finance
- Strong interest in Corporate Finance, M&A, or Transaction Services
- Commercially focused with strong analytical and communication skills
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- UK driving licence required
