This role is ideally suited to a qualified accountant seeking to transition from audit or commercial finance into a strategic advisory environment, with direct exposure to transactions, value creation initiatives, and senior client engagement.
Responsibilities- Prepare high-quality business plans, financial models, information memoranda, and strategic financial forecasts.
- Support the execution of live transactions across the full deal lifecycle, from origination through to completion.
- Conduct market research and identify prospective acquisition targets, investors, and buyers.
- Assist with company valuations, exit planning strategies, and fundraising activities.
- Deliver and support financial due diligence engagements.
- Analyse financial and commercial performance to support strategic decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
- Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, advisers, and transaction teams throughout deal execution.
- Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA).
- Background within Audit, Transaction Services, or Commercial Finance.
- Strong analytical capability with excellent financial and commercial acumen.
- Demonstrable interest in Corporate Finance, M&A, or Strategic Advisory.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.
- Full UK driving licence.
