Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality business plans, financial models, information memoranda, and strategic financial forecasts
- Support the execution of live transactions across the full deal lifecycle, from origination through to completion
- Conduct market research and identify prospective acquisition targets, investors, and buyers
- Assist with company valuations, exit planning strategies, and fundraising activities
- Deliver and support financial due diligence engagements
- Analyse financial and commercial performance to support strategic decision-making
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring a high standard of service delivery
- Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, advisers, and transaction teams throughout deal execution
Qualifications
- Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Background within Audit, Transaction Services, or Commercial Finance
