Are you a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with an audit or commercial background and a genuine interest in deals, strategy, and value creation? This is an exciting opportunity to step into Corporate Finance with a growing and highly entrepreneurial team based in Northampton.

You’ll gain hands-on exposure to live transactions from day one, working across acquisitions, disposals, MBOs/MBIs, and fundraising. As part of a small, ambitious team, you’ll be involved in the full deal lifecycle — from initial pitch through to completion — with direct Partner-level mentorship throughout.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Preparing high-quality business plans, information memoranda, and financial forecasts
  • Researching and approaching potential buyers and sellers
  • Supporting valuations, exit planning, and fundraising assignments
  • Assisting with and delivering financial due diligence
  • Building and reviewing financial models and forecasts
  • Managing client relationships and supporting deals from start to finish
About You
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
  • Background in audit or commercial finance
  • Strong interest in Corporate Finance, M&A, or Transaction Services
  • Commercially focused with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • UK driving licence required
