Working Hours: Monday – Friday 7am–3pm, 37.5 hrs

We are seeking a Stock Clerk to join MJ Quinn. This role involves accurate stock control and goods in processes, contributing to MJ Quinn’s working culture, reputation, and values.
Overview
MJ Quinn are an established national organisation with contracts across the UK and Ireland. We have over 1500 workers delivering our services. We value creating great connections with our customers, our people, and our world, and our values remain at the heart of everything we do.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for accurate counting of all stock
- Responsible for accurate Goods In processes
- Assist in maintaining all stores; requests are picked correctly and despatched accordingly
- Contribute to developing MJQ’s working culture, its reputation, and values
Key Accountabilities
- Conduct a daily PI count
- Report any discrepancies
- Assist in investigations of incorrect stock
- Receive all goods in, check and document; ensure the process is followed
- Report issues/concerns to Line Manager
- Work to the company’s ISO 9001 Accreditation
Required & Preferred Skills
- A valid full Driving License
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively work with team members
- High attention to detail
- Process driven
- Good written communication skills
- Computer literate
- Ability to accurately keep records
- Excellent customer service skills
