Here at MJ Quinn, we currently have an exciting new opportunity for a In-House Recruiter to join the business. This position will be based at our Head Office in Knowsley, working Monday to Friday 9am β 5pm.

Your day-to-day tasks will be to support the Recruitment Manager in delivering an excellent candidate experience and meeting staffing levels required to support the business.
Your role will include:
- Assist with managing PAYE vacancies across the full recruitment cycle including sourcing/advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, and stakeholder management.
- Proactive sourcing of talent to build and maintain talent pipelines of suitable candidates.
- Recruit and select in line with job specifications and requirements.
- Maintain processes and procedures relating to selection and recruitment, worker status, and agencies in line with legislation.
- Support with ad-hoc administrative duties.
Experience:
- Previous experience of recruitment, either in-house or with a recruitment agency.
- Excellent communication skills both face-to-face and over the telephone.
- Ability to manage multiple workloads.
- IT literate.
- Good understanding of checking legal right to work in the UK, desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
