About the role
Responsible for assisting with the commercial management and monitoring of the financial and commercial performance for a new healthcare development. You will support the operational team to ensure the financial elements of the project are delivered, including subcontract procurement, site measures, monthly CVRs, budget analysis, raising and agreement of EWN’s and compensation events, and general commercial administration of the contract.
Your role will be to assist:
- Cost control and value management
- Produce accurate monthly forecasts, CVRs and P&Ls
- Develop local supply chains
- Administer the commercial aspects of the programmes
- Agreement of applications for supply chain payment and final accounts
- Monthly WIP analysis & cash flow control
- Manage variation accounts, and subcontract payments
- Production of dashboard reports to reflect on the key commercial KPIs
- Advising the team on contractual issues
- Management of Variation Account and final account forecast
Experience:
- Strong Quantity Surveying education background
- Experience with M&E projects under NEC 3 and or 4 Agreements advantageous
- Strong communications, diplomatic and inclusive approach
- Uses suitable business-like and appropriate language in your communication
- Ensure that challenging corporate messages are delivered and supported
- Prioritises key tasks to receive the greatest attention
- Establish team focus by communicating goals in support of the business’ aims
