Competitive Salary And Benefits Salary | £55,000 – £65,000 Working Hours | Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00 The Renewables division is responsible for delivering Ground-Mounted Solar PV projects across the UK, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant on-site operations through all stages of construction. To supervise subcontractors and oversee daily site operations on renewable energy projects, ensuring safe working practices, compliance with technical specifications, and effective progress reporting under the direction of the Project Manager. Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and company safety policies. Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for the Project Manager. Highlight risks, delays, and issues promptly. Act as the on-site point of contact for subcontractors and suppliers. Monitor workmanship and ensure installations meet technical specifications and regulatory standards. Assist with snagging and quality checks prior to project completion. Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in site supervision, preferably in renewable energy or large-scale solar PV projects. Proven ability to manage subcontractors and enforce safety standards. SMSTS certification essential; IOSH or NEBOSH certification desirable. Strong understanding of UK construction and renewable energy regulations. High attention to detail and dedication to quality assurance.
