Responsibilities and objectives
- To be responsible for performing all stores related administrative duties
- Contribute towards the delivery of a world-class service as part of a dynamic and forward-thinking team
- Be integral in inventory control and process implementation
- Develop MJQ’s working culture, its reputation and values
- Assists in the provision of real-time visibility of stock holdings
- Assists in tracking stock movements including goods inwards, despatches, returns, rejections and internal transfers
- Assists in organisation and execution of perpetual inventory stock counting/inventory accuracy checks
- Contributes towards the creation and maintenance of accurate written procedures for inventory control and stores management processes
- Ensures inbound receipt of materials from MJQ clients and suppliers is timely to maximise efficiency and reduce downtime
- Assists in re-ordering and ad hoc ordering of products and materials via the in-house buying team
